Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. All no-show appointments will be charged in full. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.

Every effort has been made to make Spa La Vie a tranquil environment; therefore we request cell phones be used only in case of emergency. Please turn your cell phone on silent or off mode.

To further enhance your treatments at home, all spa products used in the treatments are available in our spa boutique. We also have our luxurious treatment linens and spa robes available. Our boutique is open to the public. Shop with us for the holidays and for your loved ones’ special celebrations.

We will provide you with a robe, sandals and a private locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables. Please leave cell phones in locker on silent during your time with us.

Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained to properly drape any body part not being treated.

Yes. Please inform us when you make your reservation if you are pregnant, have allergies or any other conditions we should be aware of.

Each month, we offer specials at a discounted price. We also have packages where we’ve combined popular treatments together at a discounted price. If you’re an Avoyelles Parish local or staying in the Paragon Casino Resort hotel, please mention that when making reservations to see what discounts are available. Please note that hotel guest and local discounts cannot be combined with monthly specials or spa packages.

Gift cards may be purchased by the dollar amount for services or products.

The minimum age requirement for access to the spa facilities is 16. A parent liability waiver is required for anyone under the age of 18 years.
