Steven Melock Appointed Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Paragon Casino Resort
Marksville, LA (April 1, 2015) Steven Melock has been named Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Paragon Casino Resort.
Melock brings several years of food and beverage management experience to Paragon. Most recently, he was a restaurant and bar manager at Doubletree by Hilton in Memphis, Tenn. Prior to that, he worked at resort properties in Robinsonville (Tunica), Miss., holding managerial positions at Caesars Entertainment, MGM International Resorts and Resorts International.
“It’s a great time to be coming on board with Paragon,” Melock said. “I’m proud to be part of the fantastic team that’s being put together, and I’m ready to work hard and do my part in helping to make things happen.”
Melock’s appointment marks the third in Paragon’s food and beverage department in recent weeks, following the hiring of Executive Chef James A. Shields and Director of Food and Beverage Scott W. Clark.
