Is there room service?
Yes, there is a room service menu provided in your room which includes a wide variety of selections.

How much is it to rent a cot?
Cots are $30 per stay. A crib is free of charge; however, they are subject to limited availability, so please call and reserve it before your stay.

How do I request an itemized statement from my last stay at the Paragon?
Please contact our customer service department at (800) 946-1946 to receive an itemized statement from your last stay. 

How much are the rooms?
Please visit our Hotel page for the most up-to-date room rates for the dates that you are planning your stay.

Do you allow pets at the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. We do welcome pets at the RV Resort. A refundable deposit of $200 is required if you would like your pet to stay with you in the RV Resort cabins.

How do you get a free room at the Paragon Casino Hotel?

Do your rooms have jacuzzi tubs?
Some of our suites do have jacuzzi tubs. Please specify that you would like a jacuzzi when making your reservation.

How old do you have to be to check in to Paragon Casino Hotel?
The minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years old with a valid ID.

What time is hotel check-in and check-out?
Hotel check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. 

Is there a microwave in the rooms?
No, rooms do not contain a microwave oven.

Is there a refrigerator in the rooms?
Some of the rooms do contain a refrigerator. Please inquire when making your reservation.

Is there free Wifi in the rooms? 
Yes, each room includes high-speed Wifi. 

How long does it take to get your deposit back?
Hotel room deposits are returned between 24 - 48 hours after checkout. Please contact our customer service department at (800) 946-1946 to inquire about your deposit.
